Again this year our February District Meeting will be held at the Monarch Hotel and Conference Center. Make your reservations now. Be sure to mention that you are with the Coast Guard Auxiliary. Single rooms are $91.00 and doubles are $101.00. The deadline for room reservations is January 15th. After this date rooms and/or rates may not be available.

The hotel has an airport shuttle. If you are flying to Portland, pick up your luggage first and then call 800-492-8700 for the shuttle.
Driving Directions:
From the south: Traveling north on Hwy 1-205: Take Sunnyside Road Exit #14. Turn left onto Sunnyside Road at the top of the off-ramp. Merge into the far left lane. Go to the second stop light and turn left. This is 93rd Avenue, stay in the left lane to the entrance of the Monarch Hotel parking lot.
From the north: Traveling South on Hwy 1-205: Take the Sunnyside Road Exit # 14. Turn right onto Sunnyside Road at the top of the off-ramp. Merge into the far left lane. Turn left at the first stoplight. This is 93rd Avenue, stay in the left lane. Turn left into the entrance of the Monarch parking lot.
The Clackamas Town Center is across the street from the Monarch and the hotel provides free shuttle service. In addition to the restaurant in the Monarch there are several restaurants and other shops within walking distance of the hotel.
Again this meeting we are using a registration form that you can fill out on the computer, then save and email or print and send by snail mail. Follow the directions on the form – it will do all the calculations for you. And you may pay with PayPal (even if you don’t have a PayPal account) – a secure online payment method that means you don’t have to send a check through the mail. If you choose the PayPal option, PayPal will send a “Request for Funds” to you via email within 24 hours.
