File Formats, Viewers and Media Players

The Auxiliary uses many industry standard file formats.  These may include Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Macromedia Flash.  You should make sure your computer has all the latest readers, viewers or plug-ins installed.

This allows you to view an Excel spreadsheets when you don't have Excel software on your computer.  Again, it's free from Microsoft.

With the Microsoft Word Viewer 97/2000, Microsoft Word users can share documents with those who do not have Word.

Get Flash PlayerMacromedia Flash Player - Used to view documents with animated flash and other Internet content and applications across the broadest range of platforms.

Get Adobe ReaderAdobe® Acrobat® Reader® is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. With Acrobat Reader, you can also fill in and submit Adobe PDF forms online.
