National Flotilla Awards Applications

The application forms in Adobe Acrobat™ format, for three 2004 national awards are available:

1. National Boating Federation, Outstanding Public Education Flotilla Award (9 KB).
2. Marine Retailers Association, Vessel Safety Checks and Recreational Boating Safety Visitation Program, Flotilla Award (13 KB).
3. Boat/US, Flotilla of the Year Award (12KB).

Please ensure that these applications are distributed to each flotilla in your district.  While the number of applications submitted the past two years has been on the increase, they are still not indicative of the tremendous accomplishments by a great number of our flotillas in all areas of the country.  Please take the time to send a personal message along with the applications, urging the Flotilla Commanders to review last year's activity to see if they might be in the running for one of these prestigious awards.  The deadline for receipt of the completed applications is no later than 01 June 2005.  The awards will made at the National Conference in Orlando, Florida.
